  • OEM Project Assistant Desired Qualifications:
    • Prefer 2 to 5 years related experience in project management assistance or in a in a similar environment
    • Ability to work within strict production and manufacturing deadlines
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Experience in Scheduling, Analyzing Information, Data Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Research Skills, Judgment
    • Ability to switch gears at short notice, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Computer skills required consist of the ability to use the Internet and email system, proficiency with MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Project Software and PowerPoint. Ability to learn multiple functions of CP’s internal system is required
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • Must be self-motivated, able to work individually or in a team with minimum supervision
    Must have a “can do” attitude and be flexible to adapt to business driven work requirements

    Essential Authorities and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
    • Know and execute CP Quality procedures
    • Familiar with company’s products and processes
    • Responsible for timely shipment execution (incl. preparation of all relevant documents)
    • Liaising with production to determine priorities by creating and establishing shipping schedule as per customer requirements / responsible for the development of project timelines for all customers
    • Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication
    • Monitor project status & expedites operations to resolve unforeseen schedules delays
    • Assist in creating quotes
    • Assist in resolving scheduling problems by collecting and analyzing information; coordinating solutions
    • Analyzing & Monitoring Sales Forecasts
    • Analyzing & Monitoring Customer Orders
    • Analyzing & Monitoring Shipping Requirements
    • Liaising with other departments
    • Liaising with customers, e.g. to discuss changes on delivery schedule etc.
    • Managing and operating online customer supplier portals
    • Others duties as assigned by supervisor
